Refund Policy

SaratogaArtsFest ARTSPASS packages are non-refundable.

Most SaratogaArtsFest events have open seating (first-come, first-serve). There will be reserved seating at many venues for Gold and Platinum Donors who hold a Priority Seating Pass along with their ARTSPASS. Those clearly-marked seats will be held until 15 minutes before the performance begins. Priority Seating for Saturday afternoon's DBA Music Festival and other multi-performer events will be held until 15 minutes before the first performer begins. All attendees, whether they hold a Priority Seating Pass or not, must have an ARTSPASS to attend ArtsFest events, except where admission is free and open to the public.

SaratogaArtsFest will not issue refunds in cases where ARTSPASS holders could not gain admittance to a venue due to capacity seating. Please plan ahead and arrive in plenty of time to see your favorite performers.
