Thank you for your interest in SaratogaArtsFest, June 7-10, 2012. Applications are accepted online and will be used to gather information for review by the Programming Team.

The deadline for inclusion in the programming process is November 15, 2011. Letters of confirmation will be sent to all Partners in late January 2012.

Overview: SaratogaArtsFest, now in its sixth year, is committed to strengthening cultural tourism in the Saratoga region, and establishing Saratoga Springs, New York, as a premier arts destination through a dynamic and high-quality showcase of the arts. The selection of programming for the four-day festival will include local, national, and international artists representing a wide range of disciplines as well as school and community groups.

Partner Promotion
All Partner organizations participating in SaratogaArtsFest will be featured in the Festival Book and Event Guide and promoted through SaratogaArtsFest publicity efforts wherever feasible. We encourage all Partner performing and visual arts organizations to be included in the SaratogaArtsFest Annual Directory of the Arts, which will list Saratoga Springs arts events for the 2012-2013 season. The guide also includes ARTSPASS season benefits from June 11, 2012 – June 5, 2013.

Please send any publicity photos to the attention of Susan Farnsworth at Skidmore College (815 N. Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866) for possible inclusion in SaratogaArtsFest promotional pieces.
