How to Participate

SaratogaArtsFest, now in its fourth year, is scheduled for June 10-13, 2010. Artists for the three-day festival will be selected to include local, national, and international artists representing a wide range of disciplines. The Program Coordinators will review applications. Consideration will be given to balancing the demands and availability of venues, audience appeal, budget, performance quality, and scheduling requirements.

Performing artists interested should complete the online Performing Artist Application. Visual artists interested should complete the Visual Artist Application. Volunteers interested should complete the Volunteer Application. Mail-in applications are also being accepted.

Deadlines

The deadline for review in phase one of the selection process is October 15, 2009 for performing artists and December 1, 2009 for visual artists. Additional applications will be accepted during phase two of programming on a rolling basis as scheduling permits. Performing artists may submit until December 1, 2009 and visual artists until February 1, 2010 when decisions will be finalized. Letters of notification will be sent to all artists in mid February 2010.

Partner Program proposals were due November 15, 2009.
