The Saratoga Film Forum honors Saratoga's venerable art colony, Yaddo, and the support it has given to a generation of screen writers and directors. A chance to see and talk about this acclaimed 2006 period drama with producer Brian Koppelman should refresh all our affection for this mesmerizing movie based on the short story, Eisenheim the Illusionist, by Pulitzer-winning author Stephen Mulhauser of Saratoga Springs. As Eisenheim, the master magician of mysterious provenance who uses all his skills to gain the love of the wife of a wicked Crown Prince in fin-de-siecle Vienna, Ed Norton is at his best. Followed by a Q&A with Illusionist producer Brian Koppelman.
