Started in 2006, ESYO's Repertory Jazz Ensemble is one of ESYO's 9 ensembles and provides jazz education and performance opportunities for middle- and high-school musicians. The students improve their ensemble and improvisational skills through a repertoire covering the early swing of the 1920s to today's contemporary jazz. Repertory Jazz performs with other ESYO ensembles during the season as well as at ESYO's annual Play-a-thon. This is the ensemble's 4th year at SaratogaArtsFest.
